Ingredients:
1 head kale, washed, and dried thoroughly
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 Tablespoon sea salt
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a cookie sheet with foil and cooking spray.
3. Take stems off kale and dry it thoroughly.
4. Put Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Tumeric info a large bowl
5. Mix Kale into bowl with oil and spices
6. Bake until crispy, but not burned. (Approximately 10-15 minutes)
