Ingredients:
1- (14 ounce) can organic diced tomatoes, drained (or 4-5 Roma Tomatoes)
½ Red Onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
½ jalapeno pepper (optional, to taste)
½ tsp salt (optional)
Small bunch cilantro
1 lime
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor, and blend to desired consistency. Best if you refrigerate salsa for at least on hour prior to serve for optimal flavor.
