Great Tasting and Good for You Smoothie


1 cup green grapes
½ green apple
1 ripe banana (the riper the better)
2 cups fresh spinach, washed
½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
½ cup fresh or frozen mango
1 cup water (or to desired consistency)
ICE (as needed)


1) Cut stem and inner core of green apple and discard
2) Place water and any other liquid based ingredients in bottom of blender
3) Place rest of items in blender, with the ice on the top
4) Turn the blender on slowly, and gradually increase the speed
5) Blend at least 2 minutes, or to desired consistency​
